The following are action items that must be acomplished within next couple of weeks by all parties: Austian partners 1)Develop list of tasks for intern at OSA (deadline Nov 24) 2)Review and analyse phpESP software structure to find ways to improve it (deadlien Nov 27) 3)Develop list of Data Mininig functions to be reviewed by SedMarSed (deadline Nov 30) 4)Develop list of books and on-line materials on data mining (deadline Nov 30) 4)Start develop document describing basic requirements to be implemented in the software 5)Start improving software.

Sed MarSed 1)Review the web page of the OpenASP project and suggest marketing related changes in the content 2)Review phpESP software to suggest improvements in the way software works 3)Develop generic list of most important data items that should be kept in the CRM database for a marketer in Armenia

OSA 1) Hire an intern to coordinate the work of the project and do competitor analysis 2) Intensify efforts to set-up a server and IT infrustructure 3) Develop good understanding of installation and maintainance of apache+SSL, mysql+php etc.
