Dear Tristan,

At this point I am very open to any suggestions about the sector to target and even the services to offer. I am thinking some combination of CRM and/or ERP for smaller packaged food and beverage producers/retailers. (though the software may be universal).

As for unreliable Internet - This is a very valid problem… Though it is has a pure technical nature… If we get the rest of business/IT concepts right having 99.99% service level is just a matter of time and investment.
