Dear Hovik,

Thank you for sending a proposal.

Actually, we are no longer using webmaster@opensourcearmenia.com, but only info@opensourcearmenia.com. That's why so long time there were no response. We probably left that address in some place on the site.

Anyway, the projects are considered by Experts Committee (http://www.opensourcearmenia.com/osa/experts) before posting on the site and announcing it throughout the OSA community to join. Further on, if it gets active, the Project start getting support from the OSA.

We'll consider your Proposal and notify you within a week. Meantime, if you have any questions or need some more info we'll be happy to talk you. You can also contact us by phone: (+374-1) 51-2064.
