Survey? What survey? Are you saying that the language you speak can be determined by a survey? This is ridiculous! (Can you show me more details on your survey, BTW? The number of participants, the questions you asked them, etc.)

Instead, I would put a dictionary of technical terms on the site, which is regularily published by the SEUA. I don't know what the Armenian words are for such basic notions as "web site", "firewall" (they can be found in the dictionary anyway), but I also know that any language that can not express technical matters will die very soon.

Even the Russian language falls behind a bit, because Russia is not the country where these technologies come up.

What is your "core business"? Localization of the OpenOffice suite? I'm wondering what is the target language then...

I'm also curious how are you going to discuss Armenian language issues (e.g. the EV problem, the morphology formalization issues) in Russian or any language other than Armenian.

I'm sorry for being rude, but this sucks. This just sucks.
