1. The site is physically located in Armenia, so when you are log in - you're in the local zone. It's just have .com extension to get more people from around the world (by the way, Armenians)
2. Why there is no info in Armenian? Simply, because we're mostly communicating here in technical matters, and the survey shows that it's much easier for Armenians in Armenia to understand software development info in English or in Russian, rather than in Armenian.

Let this very important Language matters leave for phylology professionals and get down to our core business.
